By accessing or using LeaseIQ ("the Service"), operated at leaseiq.eu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

2. Description of Service

LeaseIQ is an AI-powered platform for extracting structured data from commercial lease PDF documents. The Service uses artificial intelligence to identify and extract lease terms, financial data, dates, and other structured fields. Extracted data is provided with confidence scores and source references. The Service is designed for informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or accounting advice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

LeaseIQ offers a free plan with limited document processing (currently 3 documents per month). Paid plans with higher limits and additional features may be offered. Plan details, pricing, and limits are described on our website and may change with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents you are not authorized to process.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to documents you upload and data extracted from them. By uploading documents, you grant LeaseIQ a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the extraction Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use uploaded documents for AI model training. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the documents you submit.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by LeaseIQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

8. Accuracy and Disclaimer

AI extraction is not infallible. While LeaseIQ strives for high accuracy, extracted data may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Each extracted field includes a confidence score and source reference to help you verify results. You should always review extracted data before relying on it for legal, financial, or accounting decisions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeaseIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to LeaseIQ in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the member state where LeaseIQ is established. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
